Statement Options

This area allows you to select or change your statement and notice options. It shows each of the available statement options:


Deposit Account Statement Options

  • Paperless Statement: Stop delivery of your monthly paper statement and view/store your statements online for free. You'll automatically receive notice by email each month to let you know that your statement is ready to view in Online Banking. Email notification is automatically enabled when you select the paperless option.
  • Paperless Statement with Check Images and Deposit Tickets: Stop delivery of your paper statement and view/store your statements containing check images and deposit tickets online. (Fee may apply.) You’ll automatically receive notice by email each month to let you know that your statement is ready to view in Online Banking. Email notification is automatically enabled when you select the Paperless Statement with Check Images and Deposit Tickets option. Statements on file prior to selecting this option will not contain check images.
  • Paper Statement: Receive your monthly paper statement. (Fee may apply.) You can still view images of your checks in the Posted Transactions section of the Account Activity page in Online Banking for up to 24 months
  • Paper Statement with Check Images and Deposit Tickets: Receive your monthly paper statement, plus images of your actual checks and deposit tickets. (Fee may apply.)
  • E-mail Notice: Add a free email notice to a paper statement option to let you know that your statement is available to view through Online Banking.

Credit Card Account Statement Options

  • Paperless Statement: Stop delivery of your monthly paper statement and view and store your statements online for free. You'll automatically receive notice by email each month to let you know that your statement is ready to view in Online Banking. Email notification is automatically enabled when you elect the paperless statement option.
  • Paper Statement: Receive your monthly paper statement. There is no charge for a paper statement.
  • E-mail Notice: Add a free email notice to a paper statement option to let you know that your statement is available to view through Online Banking.

To select a different statement option, click the appropriate button to the right of the account that you desire to change. If a statement option is not available for a specific account type the button below the statement option will be gray. You may change the statement option for more than one account at a time, just click the appropriate buttons to the right of the account that you desire to change.

When finished selecting statement options, click the "Save" button, or "Cancel" to return to the Statement & Notice Options page.

If you choose a paperless option, you will need to have a valid e-mail on file. If you do not, you will be prompted to add a valid e-mail. Your e-mail address must contain the “@” symbol and a period (such as myemail@serviceprovider.com).

This page displays the statement options and email options selected on the Statement & Notice Options page.

E-Statement Delivery Terms and Conditions

This page displays when an E-Statement option is selected on the Choose Statement Options/Stop Receiving Paper Statements page. Select "Accept" to continue or "Decline" to return to the previous page.

Statement Options

You may activate your statement options from this page. Paperless statements are delivered as a PDF (Adobe® Portable Format). To access and retain a PDF file, you need the free Adobe® Reader.


Your statement options will not immediately be updated if you've requested paperless statements for a business account. These requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days. If additional information is needed to process your request, we will notify you via the Message Center within Small Business Online Banking.
