Statement & Overdraft/Insufficient Funds Notice Options

The Statement & Overdraft/Insufficient Funds Notice Options page is accessed from Customer Service > Account Management. The page allows you to choose your delivery method preferences (paperless or paper) for your statements and overdraft/insufficient funds notices. To select your preferred delivery method(s), click the appropriate button to the right of the account(s) that you desire to change. If a delivery method is not available for a specific account type, “Ineligible” will display in place of the delivery method button.

When selecting paperless as your delivery method:

  • You will need to have a valid e-mail address on file; if you do not have an e-mail address on file, you will be prompted to add one. Your e-mail address must contain the “@” symbol and a period (such as myemail@serviceprovider.com).
  • Paperless statements & overdraft/insufficient funds notices are delivered as a PDF (Adobe® Portable Format). To access and retain a PDF file, you will need to download the free Adobe® Reader.
  • The paperless delivery terms and conditions will display. Scroll down to "Accept" to continue or "Decline" to return to the Statement & Overdraft/Insufficient Funds Notice Options page. If you decline, your changes will not be saved.
  • Your delivery method preferences will not immediately be updated if you’ve requested paperless for a business account. These requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days. If additional information is needed to process your request, we will notify you via the Message Center within Small Business Online Banking.

When finished selecting your preferred delivery method(s), click the "Save" button to confirm, or "Cancel" to discard delivery method changes and return to the Statement & Overdraft/Insufficient Funds Notice Options page.
