Manage Alerts

  • Select either the Security Alerts tab or the Account Alerts tab
  • Check the appropriate box under the Available Alert column to enable the corresponding Alert
  • Choose how you want to receive the Alert by checking the box next to Primary or Secondary for your Email Addresses if you have signed up for email Alerts and/or Mobile Phone Numbers if you have signed up for text Alerts
  • Use the Select All | Clear All links to check all the boxes or clear any boxes that are checked
  • "Submit" after you have made all your Alert delivery selections

From this page you can also choose to:

  • View available Alerts
  • Add a secondary email address
  • Click on "Edit" next to your email address to update your email address
  • Click the "Sign up for text Alerts" link to activate text Alerts to your mobile phone number
  • Click on the "None on file" link to activate text Alerts to a secondary mobile phone number
  • Click on "Edit" next to your mobile phone number(s) to update the mobile phone number(s) registered for your text Alerts
  • STOP text Alerts to your mobile phone number

Alerts History

To sort by Date, Account Number, Alert Type, or Sent To, click on the appropriate column header. From this page, you can also choose to:

  • View Available Alerts
  • Update Email Address
