Manage my Cards

The Manage my Cards page allows you to temporarily lock and unlock your personal debit and credit cards and business debit cards. Each of your cards is shown on this page.

To lock your card
  • Drag the switch to the left
  • The label under the switch will read “Locked”

To unlock your card
  • Drag the switch to the right
  • The label under the switch will read “Unlocked”

Automatic unlock
  • Your card will be automatically unlocked after three days if you haven't unlocked it before then.

Blocked cards
  • If a yellow triangle is displayed in place of the toggle switch, our Fraud department has detected suspicious activity on your card and your card can't be used. Please call 866-598-8925 to learn why your card was blocked.

In-flight cards
  • If a blue envelope appears instead of the toggle switch, a new card is either on its way to you, or you have not yet activated the card.
